Have Breakage? Don't worry about it!

Just follow these 3 simple steps and we'll get your replacement out to you as soon as possible. Replacements are given top priority and are shipped out ahead of all pending orders, so the sooner we receive it, the sooner we can process it for you!

1. Locate the tracking number from the outside of the box that contained the broken merchandise (begins with 1Z) and peel if off the box for reference.

2. Fill out the form below and submit.

3. Put the broken items back in the box with ALL of the packing materials, tape the box up and give box to the UPS representative when they pick up the box for inspection. As soon as the claim is approved by UPS, we will send out your replacement.
